I love Remy as a male lead character. I think he is one of the best that I have read. But I do understand how some readers were peeved with the large amount of time thinking about sex with Brooke or just dropping F-bombs everywhere. To get past these minor things is the key to enjoying the book and his character. Also, some understanding of the illness would help and that is the only thing I think should have been added. More background about his illness and how it effects his behavior other than his highs before he crashes and the lows after the fact.
